Five years ago Michael Duran was a busy physician and single parent. Juggling the long hours of his profession with his daughter’s needs didn’t leave him with a lot of time to deal with all of the little, routine chores of daily life. What he wanted was a way to delegate them without hiring a full-time assistant. Dr. Duran had also spent much of his younger life looking for a way to support himself and his career goals while working toward them, and he knew how difficult it could be to fill in the gaps with a little extra income. So he began work on Crowdservice, to help busy people like himself, as well as people looking for a little extra support in the journey to do what they really want to do.
